Kansas City is thrilled to once again host the Phillips 66 Big 12 Men's Basketball Championship. The 2025 event marks the 24th time that Kansas City will host a portion of the Championship—more than any other city. Here's everything you need to know.

About the Championship

Big 12 Tournament

The 2025 Phillips 66 Big 12 Men's Basketball Championship will be held at T-Mobile Center, formerly known as Sprint Center, in Downtown Kansas City on Tuesday, March 12 through Saturday, March 16. The 2025 championship will be the 24th held in Kansas City (1997-2002, '05, '08, '10-'25). Other cities to host the event include Dallas (2003-'04, '06) and Oklahoma City (2007, '09).

Iowa State claimed the title in 2024 after defeating Houston in the championship game, 69-41.
